Registered Nurse LTC/SNF

$1338.24/week -

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• 
  Deliver comprehensive nursing care to residents, adhering to care plans and established protocols.
  
  
• 
  Monitor patient vital signs, symptoms, and conditions, reporting changes promptly to the healthcare team.
  
  
• 
  Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility policies.
  
  
• 
  Document patient assessments, care provided, and progress accurately in resident records.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and adjust individualized care plans.
  
  
• 
  Maintain compliance with infection control and safety standards, including COVID-19 vaccination requirements.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Hold an active state or federal nursing license (RN license required).
  
  
• 
  Have current CPR and BLS certification.
  
  
• 
  Possess previous experience in LTC or SNF settings preferred.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate strong assessment skills and attention to detail.
  
  
• 
  Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
  
• 
  Be able to adhere to facility policies, including COVID-19 vaccination and identification protocols.
