36 Call:

One call shift per week (back-up or in-house), 1 2 weekend shifts per month; post-call off CRNA Qualifications

Active Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification Texas state nursing license Minimum 1 year of CRNA experience (new graduate CRNAs welcome to apply) Experience in a medical direction anesthesia model preferred Excellent communication and organizational skills CRNA Responsibilities

Administer general anesthesia for a variety of surgical cases, including general, vascular, trauma, and spine (no cardiac or pediatric cases; approximately 50% spine cases) Collaborate with anesthesiologists and fellow CRNAs in a medical direction model Maintain accurate anesthesia records (paper anesthesia records; Meditech EMR) Participate in call coverage and scheduled weekend shifts as part of the healthcare team Deliver safe, effective anesthesia care and monitor patient outcomes
