As an Access Control Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will manage badge access, monitor entry points, and help maintain a secure environment for employees, visitors, and operations. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate professionally, and support security-related procedures with integrity. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $14.50 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeSat10:00 PM - 06:00 AMSun10:00 PM - 06:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate. Monitor and control access points, verify visitor and contractor credentials, issue temporary badges, and maintain accurate entry and exit records. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; communicate observations to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols of manufacturing areas, loading docks, parking areas, and the facility perimeter, reporting irregular conditions or unauthorized access. Support compliance with facility access requirements by directing visitors and delivery personnel to appropriate check-in locations and authorized areas. Minimum Requirements: Access control and badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
