What comes next is the architecture, the agentic systems and the infrastructure that scales this to a global standard.The Role: Accountability & OwnershipAs a Staff Engineer, you won't just be "working on a codebase", you'll lead the development of end-to-end features, architecting how our AI insights are surfaced to users and ensuring the system is robust, fast, and intuitive. You won't just be delivering features, you'll architect and design our platform to keep us lean and robust as we scale. You'll be a technical leader and the goto person as we make strategic and tactical tech decisions.
