Primary responsibilities include: Lead all accounting operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and Fixed Assets Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and working capital Oversee month‑end and year‑end close processes Coordinate annual audits and work closely with external CPA firms and tax advisors Develop and maintain strong internal controls and accounting procedures Provide financial analysis and reporting to executive leadership Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and operational efficiency Supervise, mentor, and develop accounting staff Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Minimum of five (5) years of progressive accounting experience Previous leadership or supervisory experience Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Experience using accounting software or ERP systems Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills Preferred Qualifications CPA or CMA designation Experience in manufacturing, mining, energy, industrial, construction, or heavy equipment industries Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or JD Edwards Experience managing multi‑entity accounting Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning experience Proven ability to improve accounting processes and internal controls Skills That Will Help You Succeed Financial Reporting Budgeting & Forecasting Cash Flow Management GAAP Compliance ERP Systems Financial Analysis Internal Controls Cost Accounting Strategic Planning Leadership & Team Development Audit Coordination Process Improvement Success in This Role Within your first year, you'll be expected to: Deliver timely and accurate financial reporting Improve accounting processes and efficiencies Strengthen internal controls Support executive leadership with strategic financial insights Help position the organization for continued growth Apply Today If you're an experienced Controller looking for an opportunity to lead financial operations, influence business decisions, and contribute to a growing organization, we encourage you to apply.
