RN - Med / Tele
MLee Healthcare is partnering with a respected healthcare system to fill a Full-Time Med/Tele Registered Nurse role. This position offers a self-scheduled day shift from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM, with flexible days to accommodate the needs of the unit. If you are a dedicated nurse looking to thrive in a fast-paced medical telemetry environment, this opportunity is ideal for you.
RN - Med / Tele Responsibilities:
- This role is a Fulltime, Perm, Direct hire position
- Deliver individualized nursing care through the nursing process to meet patient needs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure effective and efficient patient care.
- Follow the Texas Nurse Practice Act and uphold professional standards.
- Monitor patients connected to electrocardiogram (ECG) and heart rate machines.
- Analyze and interpret telemetry data, adjusting care plans as needed to ensure timely interventions.
Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing (Diploma, AD).
- No prior experience required; new graduates are welcome to apply.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- CPR-BCLS certification.
- ACLS certification (required before completion of orientation).
- NIH Stroke Scale certification (required before completion of orientation).
