Kelly took over the agency from her father, Jon, who served as a Farmers Insurance agent for 46 years. Today, Jon continues to work with Kelly, focusing on financial and retirement planning, including Medicare products. We are seeking a motivated Insurance Customer Service Sales Representative to join our team. This role offers a base salary ranging from $35,000 to $50,000, with additional opportunities for commission and bonuses. You will be responsible for enhancing client relationships, supporting sales goals, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. We are looking for someone ready to grow their career, with the potential to move into an office manager position in the future. A license is required before starting, and we will support you with study materials and cover the initial costs. Perform risk analysis and field underwriting to match products with customer needs Serve as a client and claims liaison, managing communication and resolution of issues Handle general customer service duties, including responding to inquiries and resolving compaints Determine customer requirements to help identify specific products and solutions Solicit, sell, and negotiate new business policies. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and actions taken. Requirements Ability to obtain a required insurance license before starting, with support provided by the agency Basic computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong organizational, scheduling, and time-management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Detail-oriented with quick-learning and critical-thinking abilities.
