Front Desk Clerk (Part-Time, Seasonal) Tranquil Timbers Campground | Sturgeon Bay, WI
Welcome guests to Tranquil Timbers! Tucked among the trees and stunning scenery of Door County, Tranquil Timbers Campground is a place where guests come to unwind and make lasting memories. Our Front Desk Clerks are the heart of that experiencethe friendly smiling faces who greet every guest, help answer questions, and keep our operations running smoothly. If you enjoy connecting with people, staying organized, and being part of a fun, supportive team, we'd love to have you join us!
What You'll Do
As the first point of contact for many of our guests, you'll play a big role in making their stay special. Every interaction is a chance to make someone's day brighter.
- Greet guests with warmth and enthusiasm, ensuring a friendly check-in and check-out process.
- Serve as the campground's information hubanswer questions, provide directions, and share local tips.
- Handle payments, deposits, and reservations accurately and efficiently.
- Run daily reports, file maintenance requests, and help keep office operations organized.
- Communicate regularly with your Property Manager and teammates to ensure smooth coordination.
- Help resolve guest concerns with patience, professionalism, and a smile.
- Support special events, activities, and other duties as needed to enhance the guest experience.
What You Bring
We're looking for someone who's approachable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a lively environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in hospitality or retail.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
- Comfort with computers and willingness to learn new software systems.
- A team-oriented mindset and a genuine desire to make each guest feel welcome.
- Weekends and holidays required throughout the season.
