Amvare Inc. is an engineering staffing company located in Elk Grove Vill, IL. We have an immediate need for “Engineering Sales Development Representative” for a client of ours. This is a Fulltime Permanent position located in Warrenville, IL. Competitive base salary and commissions with excellent benefits will be provided.

Our client is a growing, established about 30 years ago, a design services company. It serves these industries: consumer, medical, gaming, military, aerospace and others. It provides concept through manufacturing services in HW, SW, Mechanical and Industrial design services.

The ideal candidate will be motivated, self-starter with good networking skills. Have some form of technical background, engineering preferred but math or science and some history of working in product development or something similar is desired but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new clients & projects.
• Stimulate new projects with existing clients.
• Attend/walk/man a booth at relevant trade shows (some might involve travel and overnight).

Qualifications

• Min 6 to 7 years of sales or business development experience preferably in engineering sales.
• BS degree in business, marketing, science or engineering.

Compensation

• $75K - $150K per year.
• Health insurance benefits, 401K, paid vacation days, paid holidays. PTO to be used for Sickness.
• We will allow hybrid WFH/Office arrangement and provide computer resources, pay for a cell phone or provide an IP phone, and cover sales expenses, such as entertainment and travel.
