Emergency Department Technician

Overview Shift: 7:30am-8:00pm; 2 12-Hour Shifts a Week. Are you ready to be on the front lines of patient care? Responsibilities Works closely with patients and provides them with basic, immediate care and comfort needs such as obtaining vitals (i.e. temperature, blood pressure, heart, and respiratory rate. Cleaning and changing bedsheets, bathing, dressing, and toileting patients. Building true emotional connections with patients. Qualifications Education: High school diploma or GED Experience: At least one year of clinical experience-Preferred License(s)/Certification(s): Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)(preferred upon hire;requiredwithin 30 days) *Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, skills, internal equity, and other business needs.
