Progressive levels of responsibility within the role will necessitate a more proactivebr /approach to preventing future issues and fostering customer educatio/ppstrongResponsibilities:/strong/ppRepresent the technical support team in cross-functional meetings and projects.br /Handle the most complex and critical technical issues.br /Advise on more complex technical issues that Analys I amp; II cannot resolve, as needed.br /Act as a subject matter expert for specialized technical areas within the organization.br /Develop and implement advanced troubleshooting techniques and solutions.br /Conduct training sessions and workshops for technical support teams and end-users.br /Act as a point of escalation for critical issues and provide hands-on assistance when necessary.br /Continuously evaluate and recommend new technologies and solutions to improve efficiencybr /and effectiveness.br /Works with IT leadership to run the Change Management System/p Pay Range: 19.50-19.50 per_hour, General Benefits: strongJob Benefits:/strongulli401(k)/liliDental Insurance/liliHealth Insurance/liliLife Insurance/liliPaid Time Off/liliTuition Reimbursement/liliVision insurance/li/ulpstrongBenefit Conditions:/strong/pulliOnly full-time employees are eligible./li/ul
