We’re looking for a sharp, dependable, and personable Licensed Customer Service Representative (CSR) who takes pride in creating great customer experiences, managing a smooth front office, and building lasting client relationships.

What You’ll Do

• Be the Welcome Mat: Greet visiting clients with warmth and professionalism, serving as the trusted, welcoming face of our agency.
• Build Lasting Relationships: Get to know our clients, earn their trust, and serve as their go-to advocate for all things insurance.
• Deliver Outstanding Service: Handle day-to-day client inquiries, review coverages, assist with policy changes, guide clients through claim submissions, and clarify billing details.
• Keep the Office Running Smoothly: Coordinate and manage essential front-office administrative tasks to keep our day-to-day operations organized and efficient.
• Spot Opportunities to Help: While this isn't a hard-sales role, having a light sales touch helps you identify coverage gaps and offer meaningful recommendations that protect our clients better.

What We’re Looking For

• Licensing: Active Property & Casualty AND Life Insurance licenses required.
• Experience: Ideally 2+ years of insurance or related office experience. (Have great general office skills and the right attitude? We are willing to train the right person!)
• Front-Office Savvy: Strong organizational skills, sharp attention to detail, and a multi-tasking mindset.
• People Skills: Exceptional communication skills and a natural ability to build quick rapport.
• Growth Mindset: A proactive work ethic and a desire to continuously learn our products and policies.
