You’ll welcome guests, manage their account information, and ensure they have everything they need for an exceptional stay. $16 - $17.50 hourly
Responsibilities:- Answer incoming calls and questions about guests’ needs in-person and online regarding room bookings, room rates, amenities, available rooms, rewards programs, and special requests
- Give every guest a warm welcome, check them in, and check them out when they leave, ensuring you provide correct keys and room numbers
- Mitigate customer complaints as needed
- Work with the housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are ready for new guests
- General bookkeeping: ensure all hotel guest account information is accurate and up-to-date
- Displays impeccable interpersonal, time management, organizational skills, and customer service skills
- Must have graduated high school, received a GED or equivalent
- Comfortable taking telephone calls and mitigating stressful situations
- 1+ year of hotel industry experience or related job preferred
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems
Candlewood Suites Thornton is located right off Interstate 25 and 144th Avenue. We are close to downtown but far enough away that you don't feel like you're in a big city! We are an extended stay property and are looking for someone who can help our team bring the extended stay experience to life when engaging with our guests!
