**Required Experience and Skills:** - 2 years of critical care experience (adult ICU, CVICU, Neuro ICU, or any Critical Care specialty) - Ventilator experience - Art/Central line/Chest tube management skills **Preferred Experience and Skills:** - CVICU specific experience - CABG recovery, CRRT, Impella - Meditech experience - BSN, CCRN **Required Certifications:** - RN **Best Personality Fit:** - Team player who works best with collaborative care
