Role: Design Engineer

Location: Eagan, MN

Work Arrangement: Hybrid

Duration: 12 months, could extend

Level: Mid–Senior (5+ years) Focus: Change management for regulated products

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead change management projects (materials, design, suppliers)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, manufacturing, regulatory)
• Validate product changes and ensure compliance (medical/regulated products)
• Handle documentation: change requests, BOM updates, regulatory filings
• Develop test methods and maintain product specifications

Must-Have Skills:

• Bachelor's + 5+ years experience (Engineering/Chemistry/Manufacturing)
• Experience in regulated industries (medical device/pharma preferred)
• Strong Excel, data analysis, and statistics skills
• Cross-functional project leadership experience

Nice-to-Have:

• Minitab, Enovia PLM
• DMAIC / Six Sigma exposure

Pay Range: $40 to $42.50 per hour.
