Company vehicle, uniforms, specialty tools, mobile phone, and a paperless tech support app. Responsibilities Drive to multiple customer homes daily to diagnose and repair appliances such as refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, and microwaves. Deliver excellent customer experiences that consistently exceed expectations. Provide value‑added solutions to improve homes’ cleanliness, comfort, and protection. Maintain the company truck and organize parts efficiently. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. EPA Type I or EPA Universal certification. Mechanical knowledge and aptitude, including use of testing and repair tools. Experience repairing and diagnosing a variety of home appliances (preferred). Ability to follow directions and processes for quality workmanship. Proficiency in using a smartphone for part ordering. Successful background and drug screening. Valid driver’s license in the state(s) of work. Willingness to travel up to 100% of the time. Flexibility to work variable hours, including required overtime. Strong reading, writing, and communication skills in English. Physical capability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 100 lbs, reach, bend, squat, kneel, and other necessary movements. Ability to drive an automatic‑transmission vehicle. Location Boone, NC 28607 (Louisville, backup location listed). Employment Details Regular, full‑time position.
