Required Qualifications:

• MD or DO degree

• Valid and unrestricted State Medical License

• Unrestricted DEA License or the ability to obtain one

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in OB/GYN (ABOG, AOBOG)

• Board certification must be achieved within five years of eligibility

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
