7+ years of mortgage default servicing experience.
Deep expertise in Foreclosure and Claims.
Strong knowledge of FHA, VA, USDA, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and investor foreclosure and claims requirements.
Experience managing foreclosure attorneys and third-party vendors.
3+ years of leadership experience.
Experience with MSP/Black Knight or similar mortgage servicing platforms.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with Loss Mitigation, Bankruptcy, REO, Corporate Advances, Property Preservation, or other Default Servicing functions.
Lean/Six Sigma or process improvement experience.
Proven success leading operational transformation initiatives.
