This role requires effective collaboration with healthcare teams to deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Neuro-Progressive/Stepdown or ICU setting. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor and assess patient conditions, reporting any changes to the healthcare team. Document all patient care activities accurately in the electronic medical record system. Participate in patient and family education to facilitate recovery and health maintenance. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Must have Neuro-Progressive/Stepdown or ICU experience. Epic experience is required. Current Registered Nurse license in the relevant state. Neuro-Progressive competency exam completion upon offer acceptance. Schedule This position requires work on a 7 PM to 7:30 AM shift.
