Business Office Manager

Position Responsibilities of the BOM:

• Responsible for the creation and maintenance of all resident financial accounts
• Maintains knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, primary and third-party insurances
• Responsible for billing and collections in a timely and accurate manner.
• Collects resident resources/private pay room and board in accordance with HCF policy
• Maintenance of resident trust account and daily census information
• Works with residents, families and third parties in a professional manner
• Collaborates with local medical assistance office to ensure accurate Medicaid eligibility
• Makes bank deposits on a daily basis
• Assists with the admission process
• Participates in the QAPI process
• Perform other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. College and/or accounting schooling preferred. Benefits of a BOM:
