Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee inpatient pharmacy operations ensuring efficient medication distribution and compliance with hospital policies.

• Collaborate with clinical teams to optimize patient care through medication management.

Desired Qualifications:

• Licensed pharmacist in Massachusetts.
• Experience working in a hospital pharmacy setting; management experience is highly preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage staffing and workflow effectively.
• Proven knowledge of inpatient pharmacy operations and regulatory requirements.
