About the Position

You’ll work with patients recovering from injuries or illness, helping them move better, feel better, and stay active—under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist. Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active California PTA license is required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic settings is required. Caseload management experience with 1:1 patient care is required.
• Ability to manage a daily caseload of approximately 16–18 patients (typical cadence 2 patients per hour).
• Comfort working with a patient population ranging from teens to geriatrics. No pelvic rehab or wheelchair-bound patient management required.
• Client requires submission of a current resume to be considered.
• Preferred: prior experience working with a designated PT model where PTA handles follow-ups and progress reporting. Preferred: hands-on therapist applicants.

Assignment Details

• Facility type: Outpatient clinic.
• Shift: Days.
• Typical caseload: 16–18 patients per day, approximately 2 patients per hour, 1:1 patient care for follow-ups and progress notes.
• Clinic setting: Mostly orthopedic cases; no pelvic rehab and no wheelchair-bound patients.
• Clinic environment: Newly constructed building with modern amenities and designated PT for initial evaluations.
