This position is a vital resource to supporting the SACC Manager and will support the Port Authoritys security, life-safety, and day-to-day operations at the World Trade Center. Duties include but are not limited to the following:/ppa. Support the SACC Manager to implement directives and protocols./ppb. Respond to Manager calls, emails requests./ppc. Support first responders as needed and directed./ppd. Develop written reports and briefing documents./ppe. Monitor access control software./ppf. Monitor video management systems./ppg. Monitor situational awareness software./pph. Provide tour and daily reports and briefing packages./ppi. Oversee the SACC and SOC Operators in other WTC Security command centers./ppj. Support Port Authority as directed./ppRequirements and Qualifications/ppa. At least three years of experience in security operations, law enforcement or related field./ppb. Bachelors Degree preferred./ppc. Familiarity with World Trade Center campus is required by commencement of services./ppd. Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing./ppe. Ability to support First Responders as directed is required./ppf. Ability to manage staff./ppg. Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment./pph. Strong understanding of security and building management systems is required./ppi. Strong understanding of CCTV video managements systems is required./ppj. Strong understanding of access control systems is required./ppk. Must have experience generating reports and briefings./ppl. Experience desired related to security, law enforcement, or intelligence information gathering and interpretation./ppm. Individual must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills./ppn.
