This position is fully remote, utilizing a telehealth model to connect with clients. Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct thorough psychological assessments and evaluations to effectively identify clients’ mental health needs, and develop personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy utilizing various evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness-Based Interventions.

  • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team that may include psychiatrists, case managers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and holistic care for clients.
  • \n
  • Respond effectively to clients in crisis, providing immediate support and intervention to manage acute distress or emergency situations with empathy and sound clinical judgment.
  • \n
  • Engage in outreach and education initiatives in the community to promote mental health awareness and provide resources for stigma reduction.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The therapists will work with a diverse client base, including individuals from varying ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds. The focus will be on providing culturally competent care tailored to each client’s unique circumstances. Therapists will have the opportunity to address a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, and more, fostering an environment of healing and recovery.

Qualifications\n

  • A valid and active clinical license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
  • \n
  • A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
  • \n
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport and therapeutic relationships.
  • \n
  • Commitment to cultural competence and the ability to work successfully with clients from various backgrounds.
  • \n
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, ensuring timely documentation and compliance with telehealth best practices.
  • \n
Preferred Experience\n

  • Experience in a telehealth setting is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • \n
  • Prior work in community mental health services or diverse clinical settings.
  • \n
  • Familiarity with health record software and teletherapy platforms.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this role ranges from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and credentials.
