Job Summary The Sr. Manager – Enterprise Cloud Infrastructure Services will lead the IT department in planning, implementing, and managing systems and infrastructure to support organizational objectives. The role includes developing policies to ensure industry compliance, collaborating with executive leadership to identify technology solutions, managing a team of IT professionals, overseeing projects, evaluating new technologies for efficiency and security, building vendor relationships, ensuring cybersecurity measures, managing the IT budget, and reporting on performance metrics to foster continuous improvement and professional development. Responsibilities Lead the IT department in the planning, implementation, and management of IT systems and infrastructure. Develop and oversee IT policies and procedures to ensure alignment with industry standards and compliance requirements. Collaborate with executive leadership to identify technology solutions that enhance business operations and drive innovation. Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering continuous learning and professional development. Oversee the development and execution of IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgetary constraints. Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve organizational efficiency, security, and scalability. Establish and maintain relationships with key technology vendors and partners to optimize service delivery and cost-effectiveness. Ensure robust cybersecurity measures are in place to protect the organization’s data and IT infrastructure. Develop and manage the IT department’s budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to meet strategic goals. Monitor and report on IT performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. Skill Level Requirements Expertise in leveraging cloud‑based platforms and services to build, deploy, and manage applications and data. Expertise in diagnosing and resolving technical problems in systems and processes. Expertise in protecting systems, networks, and data from digital attacks. Expertise in managing and maintaining computer systems and networks for optimal performance and security. Expertise in ITIL methodologies and practical experience with IT Service Management processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Knowledge, Service Catalog). Other Requirements Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience. 3–5 years of experience in a Tier 2 or 3 IT support environment. Ability to travel up to 20%. 2+ years of management experience.
