Citibank, N.A. seeks a Technology Lead Business Analyst for its Tampa, Florida location.

Duties: Perform as a key solution architect and delivery lead for new country implementations of the Oracle Accounts Payable (AP) module within the broader Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) ecosystem. Develop the AP module and related financial systems within the overall Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) landscape, including Oracle ERP/AP/P2P. Develop Oracle ERP Financials modules (including Fixed Assets, General Ledger, Cash Management, Accounts Receivable). Design architecture, define end-to-end payable system, payment, invoicing, approval, and accounting requirements, and guide the customization and integration of complex solutions, including RICE (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions) components, into the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) platform. Architect and deliver strategic global payment automation projects to eliminate manual processes and mitigate end-user computing risks. Designing and implementing automated payment solutions for local country requirements. Navigate diverse payment methods across multiple countries. Support critical business integrations and divestiture projects, ensuring compliance and efficiency across diverse financial systems. Work on financial modules. Define robust test automation strategies, assess advanced test cases (functional, regression, performance, User Interface), build reusable automation frameworks, and assist with systems upgrades along with associated testing. Serve as the escalation lead for complex P2P and Accounts Payable production issues, leveraging extensive Structured Query Language (SQL). Oversee the stability and performance of Oracle AP modules. Drive the integration of Accounts Payable electronic invoicing portals. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.

Requirements: Requires a Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Engineering (any), Information Technology or related field and 6 years of progressively responsible, post-baccalaureate experience as a Senior Systems Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, Design Engineer, Production Engineer or related position developing Procedure to Pay (P2P) financials modules and accounts payable invoicing applications. 6 years of experience must include: Global Payment Automation; Test Automation and Quality Assurance; Oracle ERP Assessment and Implementation; Solution Architecture and Implementation to translate business requirements into functional systems, utilizing RICE components; Project and Stakeholder Management for implementation, including business integration and divestiture; Systems upgrades, integration testing, systems testing, regression testing and User Acceptance Testing; Process engineering; eBusiness Tax; and Data Analysis and Troubleshooting using SQL.

Wage Range: $140,000 to $158,446
