Personal Stylist Support - Bellevue Square

Job Description Responsibilities Support salesperson in all aspects of the selling process. Set up the customer fitting room with merchandise selected by the salesperson. Support team goals and build positive relationships. Perform daily department maintenance tasks, including stock work, re-merchandising, display, price markdowns, merchandise transfers and light cleaning. Own tasks and responsibilities with demonstrated ability to develop relationships with customers and coworkers. Apply strong organizational and follow-through skills. Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Positively and proactively handle customer concerns and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Physical Requirements Continuous movement for 6‑8 hours per shift, including frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing and reaching to handle merchandise and assist customers. Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling. Handle bulky and sometimes awkwardly shaped items, including reaching for and lifting these items above the head. Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds. Pay Range $22.00 - $29.75 hourly (pay varies by location, job‑related knowledge, skills and experience).
