As a Hospice Clinical Branch Director , you’ll lead day-to-day operations while staying closely connected to the care being delivered - supporting your team and ensuring a consistent, high standard across the branch. You’ll work alongside experienced leaders who prioritize both patient outcomes and team engagement. What You’ll Do Drive Balanced Performance Oversee branch operations, financials, and performance with a long-term mindset Monitor key indicators like quality outcomes, patient satisfaction, and team stability Ensure the branch operates efficiently while never compromising care Recognize that growth is the result of doing the right things consistently Lead Patient-Centered Care First Ensure every patient and family receives compassionate, high-quality hospice care Set the tone for a patient-first culture where dignity, communication, and experience matter Partner closely with clinical leaders to maintain strong outcomes, compliance, and survey readiness Be present and engaged - supporting your team in delivering care, not just directing it Build and Support a Strong, Accountable Team Recruit and develop a team that reflects the heart of the community you serve Create a culture of support, accountability, and consistency Coach leaders and clinicians to grow, while holding clear expectations for performance Be a leader your team trusts - visible, approachable, and steady Strengthen Community Relationships Build genuine relationships with local providers, referral partners, and families Represent VitalCaring as a trusted, dependable partner in the community Support thoughtful growth through reputation, service, and follow-through What Sets You Apart You believe great care is the foundation of everything You lead with integrity, consistency, and accountability You know how to balance expectations - supporting your team while holding the line You value relationships and reputation, especially in a small-market setting You understand that leadership is presence, not just oversight What You’ll Bring Active RN license (required) 3+ years of leadership experience in hospice, home health, or healthcare operations Strong understanding of clinical quality, compliance, and regulatory standards Experience leading teams with a focus on engagement, retention, and development Ability to manage operations while keeping patient care at the center of decisions Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Why Choose VitalCaring?
