Quality Visual Inspector
• Magnifier/ Microscope inspection of glass parts for defects which include chips, cracks, scratches, airlines, cleanliness, etc.
• Snap cutting multi-shaped glass to various lengths.
• Counting and packaging parts into inspection trays, bags, or vials.
• Minor data entry using Microsoft excel.
• Understanding drawings, orders, specifications, and worksheets. Requirements, Skills, and Knowledge:
• High school diploma (required)
• Reliable transportation (required)
• Background check and drug test (required)
• Handling of small parts using tweezers.
• Basic math skills for counting parts.
• Meticulous Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $20.00 - $22.00 Per Hour
- Schedule:
- 34 hours per week to start 6:30AM - 3:30PM with 30 minutes for lunch, Monday through Thursday for training.
- 40 hours per week will be available once the employee is able to get setup on their own 5:45AM - 4:15 PM or 4 x 10-hour days.
- Compensation: $20-$22/hr
- Location: Mountain Lakes, NJ
- Experience: 2 years
- Defect inspection of miniature glass products utilizing magnifiers and/or microscopes. Cutting multi-shaped glass to exact sizes using diamond tools.
• Magnifier/ Microscope inspection of glass parts for defects which include chips, cracks, scratches, airlines, cleanliness, etc.
• Snap cutting multi-shaped glass to various lengths.
