Multifamily Maintenance Technician II

Thrive Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our properties in Portland, OR. This 100% in-person role requires performing unit turns, routine repairs, and preventive maintenance with a focus on safety and resident satisfaction. Two full-time schedules are available (Mon-Fri or Tue-Sat, 8 am–5 pm); after-hours emergency on-call is required. Benefits include 34 paid days off and comprehensive coverages.
