Key Qualifications & Skills Current RN or LPN license in the state of Missouri (required) Experience providing care in school or pediatric settings is highly valued Skilled in specialized procedures such as G-tube/feeding tube management, tracheostomy care, and related interventions Reliable transportation and willingness to travel as a float nurse across multiple locations within the district Adaptability, strong communication skills, and a commitment to student health and safety Primary Duties Deliver direct nursing care—including complex medical services (feeding tubes, trachs, etc.)—to students as needed Respond promptly to medical emergencies and minor injuries within the school setting Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure care plans are followed and documented accurately Support education on wellness, chronic condition management, and preventative care for students and staff Maintain confidentiality and follow all district protocols and state regulations What You Can Expect: You'll receive a competitive rate—$61.50 for LPNs or $68 for RNs—reflecting your expertise and dedication.
