Job Description

Job Summary:

Provide high-quality nursing care in an outpatient thoracic surgery setting, supporting patient recovery and education. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' health status and document clinical histories.
• Administer treatments, medications, and diagnostic tests as prescribed.
• Educate patients on post-procedure care and health management.
• Coordinate with physicians and staff to ensure seamless patient flow.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with protocols.
• Adhere to safety standards and infection control procedures.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Registered Nurse license with a minimum of 2 years of recent experience in thoracic surgery or outpatient care.
• Possess current AHA BLS certification.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and patient communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced outpatient environment.
• Exhibit professionalism and adherence to healthcare regulations.
