Merck's Finance MBA Rotation Program offers recent MBA graduates a two-year development opportunity with two one-year rotations across finance functions. Participants gain exposure to forecasting, financial analysis, risk management, and strategic planning while building leadership skills for future enterprise roles.
Responsibilities
- Complete two sequential one-year rotations across finance departments
- Participate in forecasting, reporting and operating results analysis
- Support operational risk management and process improvement initiatives
- Analyze capital investments and business strategies
- Engage in mentoring, networking and leadership development activities
Requirements
- MBA degree completed by May 2027
- Minimum 5 years professional work experience preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Demonstrated leadership ability and teamwork commitment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Eligible to work permanently in the US; no visa sponsorship available
