We are seeking a passionate Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our full-time pediatric team in Jacksonville, Florida. You'll work alongside a multidisciplinary team providing comprehensive pediatric rehabilitation services in a supportive and engaging environment. The clinic offers physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, applied behavior analysis (ABA), music therapy, feeding therapy, and social skills programming , allowing clinicians to collaborate across specialties to provide exceptional patient-centered care.

Your Role:

• Evaluate and treat pediatric patients with a variety of developmental, neurological, orthopedic, and physical challenges (PT).
• Deliver individualized treatment plans under the direction of a Physical Therapist (PTA).
• Collaborate with families and an interdisciplinary team to promote functional independence and developmental success.
• Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
• Educate caregivers on home exercise programs and strategies to support continued progress.
• Foster a positive, engaging, and child-centered therapy environment.

Requirements

• For Physical Therapists (PT):

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Florida Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
• For Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA):
• Associate degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current Florida Physical Therapist Assistant license or eligibility for licensure.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience treating the pediatric population is strongly preferred .
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with children, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
