Regional Director of Care

Wallick Communities

As Regional Director of Care at Wallick Communities, you will lead clinical and care operations across multiple affordable senior living communities. You’ll oversee resident care standards, compliance, and quality assurance while guiding care leaders and interdisciplinary teams. Partnering closely with operations and housing leaders, you’ll analyze outcomes, optimize staffing and workflows, and champion person-centered, dignified care. You’ll mentor teams, support regulatory surveys, drive continuous improvement, and help advance Wallick’s mission to provide safe, stable, compassionate homes for residents.
