The Practice

Our organization boasts a well-established practice known for its outstanding reputation and a loyal patient community.

We specialize in Medical, Surgical, and Cosmetic Dermatology, catering to an affluent patient demographic primarily covered by Medicare and PPO plans.

Our facilities are modern and aesthetically pleasing, situated in a sought-after area of South Orange County.

The practice's focus is approximately 70% on medical and surgical dermatology, with the remaining 30% dedicated to cosmetic procedures.

We operate under a doctor-centric model of dermatologic care, ensuring that all injectable and laser treatments are performed exclusively by board-certified dermatologists, without the involvement of mid-level providers.

Our practice is equipped with a comprehensive range of laser, light, and radio frequency devices, along with injectables and other cosmetic services.

With a single office location, there is no need for travel between multiple sites.

As a doctor-owned and fully independent practice, we are free from any private equity or corporate office influences.

Our physicians are supported by 2-3 highly qualified Medical Assistants/Scribes, allowing them to concentrate fully on patient care.

A typical day involves three dermatologists attending to patients in our ten exam and procedure rooms, sharing a comfortable doctor's office space.

We offer flexible scheduling options ranging from 3 to 5 days per week.

Compensation is competitive and based on production.

This position is being created due to one of our dermatologists reducing their schedule.

We anticipate that our new dermatologist will quickly establish a successful practice, supported by strong patient demand and an established referral network.

Ladera Ranch is a master-planned community located just six miles inland from Laguna Beach and Dana Point.

The office is easily accessible from various locations across Southern Orange County, including Irvine, Newport Beach, and San Clemente.
