Our members integrate authorities across the nation, within Lockheed Martin, our industry partners and leading research universities, into one fast-acting, collaborative group.You will be successful in this role if you have deep knowledge troubleshooting, possess critical thinking skills and the ability to work on cross-functional teams. You should also demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. Basic Qualifications• Bachelor of Science or higher from an accredited college in Engineering or a related STEM discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education• Experience as a Certified Principal Engineer (CPE) or degelate CPE or equivalent role• Experience working on Electro-Optical Payloads• Current Top Secret SCI Security Clearance; US Citizenship is required Desired Skills• Previous or current technical leadership experience• Experience working with subcontrators• Technical experience in full life cycle development of hardware including design, integration, and test• Demonstrated strong problem solving and conflict resolution skillsPay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $150800.00 - $280000.00At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
