Service Desk Analyst

If you’re earlier in your IT career and looking for a place where you can build strong technical experience and continue to grow, this could be a really good opportunity. You’ll be joining the IT team at a large, sophisticated professional-services firm that continues to invest in technology and its people. This is a hands-on Help Desk role where a large part of your day will be spent supporting users over the phone, troubleshooting issues and making sure people get help quickly. They are looking for someone at the junior to mid-level who has a solid technical foundation, communicates well and genuinely wants to learn. A lot of the support will be around Office 365, along with VPN connectivity, Duo and a variety of law firm applications. You don’t need to know every application coming in. They will train you on the firm-specific systems. There are openings on both the daytime and second shifts: Day shift: approximately 9 AM to 5 PM Second shift: 4 PM to midnight The position is hybrid. One of the better parts of the opportunity is the ability to grow.
