About the Role

We're seeking a motivated and outgoing Business Development Representative to help drive the continued growth of our agency.

This is a relationship-focused sales role where you'll connect with prospective customers, uncover needs, introduce insurance options, and help people find solutions that fit their lives.

Success comes from starting conversations, consistently following up, building trust, and turning opportunities into lasting customer relationships.

What You'll Do

• Connect with prospective customers through inbound and outbound calls, texts, leads, referrals, and other outreach.
• Build relationships by asking questions and understanding individual customer needs.
• Educate customers about insurance products, coverage options, and available solutions.
• Conduct needs-based conversations and confidently ask for the business when you've identified an appropriate solution.
• Consistently follow up with prospects and develop opportunities into new customer relationships.
• Identify additional opportunities to help existing customers with their insurance needs.
• Develop referrals and relationships within the local community.
• Support marketing, social media, and community outreach initiatives.
• Work toward individual activity and production goals while contributing to agency growth.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver a positive customer experience.
