Physician Assistant

About the Role As a physician assistant at Neighborhood, you will work in a collaborative team to provide patient-centered care, including care for people who may otherwise not have access. You will design and implement individualized care in a setting where each patient is treated with respect and compassion. You will be based at one of our six primary care locations. Oversee and provide direct patient primary care under the supervision of a physician Facilitate care coordination and clinical collaboration under the supervision of a physician Ensure quality care and risk mitigation under the supervision of a physician Qualifications Must be a licensed Physician Assistant in NYS prior to start date. Candidates with at least 3 years of experience are preferred. Individual compensation is based on factors unique to each candidate. Tuition Reimbursement Potential: up to $50,000 for full‑time, up to $25,000 for part‑time; a two‑year commitment is required and is not guaranteed.
