- Work primarily at the hospitals with the greatest need, providing critical support where it matters most
- Deliver excellent clinical care and outcomes in a range of well-equipped facilities
- Collaborate with multiple teams and adapt to various practice cultures

- Support and uplift fellow veterinary professionals and clients alike
Role Details:
- Full-time, salaried position averaging (4) days per week

- A unique opportunity to broaden your skills, grow your network and learn from some of our great Veterinarians
Our Ideal Candidate:
- A skilled and compassionate DVM ready to thrive in varied environments
- A flexible team player who enjoys working with different personalities and workflows
- A resilient professional who approaches each day with a positive outlook and commitment to excellence
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary of up to $175,000+
- Compensation will be commensurate with experience
- Travel & Hotel (if needed) stipend
- Access to a network of supportive, collaborative hospitals
- Opportunities for professional development and growth

- Signing, retention, and relocation packages up to $75,000
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance
- Paid Parental Leave (birth, adoption, foster)
- 401(k) with discretionary contribution
- Team Member Pet Discounts
- Emotional wellbeing support — including Calm app access and 24/7 EAP
- CE stipends and career development resources
- Grant Circle — a relief fund for team members facing personal hardship
