Detailed Job Description:
12 + years experience as a VOIP Engineer
Expert SIP experience and can troubleshoot SIP/Diameter calls
Expert knowledge on BroadSoft (AS/XS) mode experience, new features implementation and deployment support.
Knowledge of IMS call flows and IMS CORE
Knowledge of 911 call flows, FCC regulatory requirements STIRSHAKEN, RAYBAUM ACT, KARI s LAW, etc
Exposure to Webex, Teams Directing Routing,
Coding (Python, SIPp.) and Scripting Experience
Working knowledge of Git, API s, Jenkins, Docker, JIRA, WireShark, TestRail, Databases, XML, Netscout IRIS
Rest Experience/ API testing
Cloud technology, Linux OS and Patch upgrades, Writing Ansible playbooks
Performance and Resiliency testing
Networking understanding
Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently
Excellent verbal and written skills
Minimum years of experience: 12+ years of experience
Education: Bachelor s / Masters
