Responsibilities Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks. Monitor system performance and ensure security measures are in place. Assist in the setup of new equipment and user accounts. Document support activities and maintain an updated knowledge base. Collaborate with other IT team members to improve processes and efficiency. Provide training and guidance to staff on IT-related tasks. Requirements Proven experience in IT support or a similar role. Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
