• Operate automated machinery and tools to assemble products
• Follow detailed work instructions and safety procedures
• Inspect and test parts to ensure top-tier product quality
• Collaborate with coworkers to improve processes and efficiency
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

• A strong work ethic and great attitude
• Ability to read, write, and follow written/verbal instructions
• Basic math skills
• Physical stamina to be on your feet up to 10 hours a day
• Comfort with repetitive motions and lifting up to 40 lbs
• Willingness to work occasional overtime as needed
• Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
