Job Opportunity: Full-Time Administrative AssistantPosition: Full-Time Administrative AssistantCompany: A reputable construction company located in South PointJob Description: We are currently seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as a full-time Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by handling incoming calls, processing orders, managing shipping and receiving tasks, and performing basic office duties.Key Responsibilities:Efficiently handle incoming customer calls with a focus on excellent customer service.Process and manage orders accurately and in a timely manner.Oversee shipping and receiving operations to ensure smooth logistics.Perform basic office duties to support the overall administrative functions of the company.Requirements:Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).Experience with SAP software is a strong plus.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pmCompensation: $14 per hour
