Responsibilities Develop leads, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. Work with the agent to establish and meet production goals. Work well in a small office team environment, supporting each other & the team goals Answer inbound customer calls to help with service items like taking payments, policy changes and insurance advice Make outbound sales calls to offer insurance options Qualifications Sales experience preferred Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred Property and Casualty license prior to hire Life and Health license within 90 days Bi-Lingual preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
