Compensation Details $17.90 - $17.90 Hourly Commission potential (Exempt): $0.50 to $10.00 for each Membership sold, $0.15 to $3.00 for each Fun Pass sold. Commission potential (Non-Exempt): $2.00 to $8.00 for each Membership sold, $0.60 to $2.40 for each Fun Pass sold. Paid out bi-weekly (unless state law requires otherwise). Minimum Qualifications Be at least 16 years of age (unless local or state restrictions apply). Available to work various shifts. Excellent customer service skills. Energetic and enthusiastic personality. Essential Job Functions and Work Environment Must be able to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds during scheduled shift. Must be able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk, and squat during scheduled shift. Must handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and co-workers. The work environment includes flashing and flickering lights, moving mechanical parts, and loud noises.
