SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum of two years of experience in a leasing or sales role, preferably in the multifamily industry. Proficiency in property management software (such as Yardi or RealPage). Excellent customer service and communication skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must have a valid driver's license with no major infractions in the last 12 months. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with residents, prospects, and colleagues. Strong ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with residents. Proactive and solution-oriented approach to resident concerns and requests. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
