Operations Support Specialist

Responsibilities Compliance of purchasing, accounting, credit/collections, IT, and overall administrative requirements. Effectively handle Human Resources administration and employee relations programs. Manage records and information. Perform accounting and/or financial analysis. Monitor credit and collections activities. Convert quotes to work orders. Review and approve vendor invoices. Provide HR administrative assistance to management teams. Encourage and improve cross-department internal communication. Perform general office tasks (replenish supplies, distribute mail, custodial duties). Any other duties, tasks, or responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications Minimum age 18 years. Valid driver’s license if operating a vehicle for company purposes. Previous experience in administrative services or related fields. Detail-oriented with ability to prioritize and manage a variety of tasks. Strong leadership qualities. Bi-lingual English/Spanish (preferred). Travel Requirements Local; Physical Requirements Prolonged standing, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling. Good hand‑eye coordination, dexterity, strength.
