Membership Sales Associate (MSA) – Full-Time Sales Role with Real Earning Potential | Bartlett, TN

Glide Xpress Car Wash | Full-Time | $18–$20/hour + Commission

Pay & Earning Potential

• $18–$20 per hour base pay

• Commission on membership sales

• Top performers regularly earn $60,000–$70,000+ annually

• The better you perform, the more you make—no cap on effort-driven income

What You’ll Be Doing

This is a customer-facing, high-energy sales role—not behind the scenes.

You will:

• Greet customers and confidently start conversations

• Present and sell Glide Xpress membership plans

• Explain pricing, value, and benefits in a clear, honest way

• Create a positive, memorable customer experience

• Track your sales and work toward daily and monthly goals

• Stay active and engaged throughout your shift (outdoors and on your feet)

• Support your team in hitting site-wide performance targets
